1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Fabric Bed Frame, we believe in crafting beds that last. That’s why every one of our frames is backed by a comprehensive warranty, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your investment.

2. Warranty Coverage & Duration

  • Standard Warranty: All our bed frames are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
  • What’s Covered: This warranty includes manufacturing defects in structural components — such as the headboard, side rails, centre supports, as well as hardware (bolts, brackets) and welds.
  • Limitations: The warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear (e.g., minor scratches or nicks), misuse, damage resulting from incorrect assembly, or issues arising from improper use of the mattress.

3. Conditions for Warranty Validity

To keep your warranty valid, please make sure:

  • You keep your proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
  • The bed frame is assembled according to the instruction manual.
  • The frame remains indoors in a dry, temperature-controlled environment.
  • You check and re-tighten all bolts: once after 30 days of first use, and then every six months.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe there’s a problem:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue (wide shot + close-ups).
  2. Send them, along with your order number, a short description of the fault, and when you noticed it, to our support email.
  3. We aim to respond within 2 business days to start the claim process.
  4. Depending on the issue, we’ll work with you to provide either:
    • Replacement parts: shipped to you free of charge.
    • On-site repair (if feasible); or
    • A full frame replacement, if repair is not practical.
  5. In most cases, claims are resolved within 14 days of approval.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Replacement parts will be sent via tracked courier at no extra cost.
  • If we need the faulty part returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • For full frame replacements, we may ask you to disassemble and return the original frame (we’ll guide you).

6. Post-Warranty Support

Even after your 2-year warranty expires, we still care:

  • We keep spare parts for at least five years after a model is discontinued.
  • You can request replacement parts (at cost + postage) even after your warranty period ends.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this warranty. This means you still have protection for faulty or mis-described goods even outside of our warranty terms.

9. Important Notes & Exclusions

  • The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Any unauthorised repairs, modifications, or use of incorrect parts may void the warranty.
  • Damage caused by excessive moisture, water ingress, or use in commercial settings is excluded.
