At Fabric Bed Frame, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines our shipping process, return conditions, refund guidelines, and order cancellation terms.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for damaged products, subject to the following conditions:
✅ Report Damage Within 24 Hours: Any damages, missing parts, or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email. Please include clear photos of the issue.
✅ No Damage After Purchase: Products damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds.
✅ How to Report an Issue:
- If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, notify the courier immediately upon delivery.
- Send an email with photos of the damaged item within 24 hours to our support team.
- For missing parts, accept the items that arrived and inform us via email about the missing components. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
✅ Return Collection Guidelines:
- If a return collection is approved, the product must be repackaged in its original packaging and made available on the ground floor for collection. Our third-party couriers do not collect from any other floor.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Customised orders made to your specific requirements cannot be returned or refunded.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order before delivery under these conditions:
- Cancellation Notice: Provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the delivery date to process your cancellation.
- Cancellation Fee: A £35 admin & processing fee applies to all cancellations.
- Non-Cancellable Orders: Customised orders cannot be cancelled.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our beds for structural defects and manufacturing faults.
✔ If any bed part breaks due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace it promptly.
❌ The warranty does not cover fabric damage, deterioration, staining, or damage caused by misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Timeframes
- UK Mainland: Estimated 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery dates and time slots will be confirmed in advance.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently DO NOT deliver to:
🚫 Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, and remote areas of the Scottish Highlands.
🚫 KW, IV, TR postcodes, and UK Isles.
✅ Free Delivery to Mainland England, Wales, and Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands).
Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Fees
- If a delivery is missed or aborted due to the customer, an additional £75 charge applies.
Delivery Process
- Once your order is processed, we will allocate a delivery date and send a confirmation email.
- The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot via call, text, or email.
- On the day of delivery, our couriers will call you up 30 minutes before arrival.
✅ Delivery is available Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 9 PM, depending on location.
Important Information
- Please measure your space before ordering to ensure the item fits. We do not offer refunds if an item does not fit in your home.
- If products are ordered at different times, colour variations may occur due to batch differences.
- Order modifications may cause delivery delays or price changes.
